The “MonetaPay POS” application are legally owned and operated by PT. Moneta Pembayaran Teknologi. PT. Moneta Pembayaran Teknologi, Limited Liability Company established under the laws of Indonesia hereinafter referred to as "MonetaPay", or "We". We serve payment transactions and Fund transfers both at local and international, which are carried out online in Indonesia.
We collect Your data as a user, Our services are not limited to Your business data herein after referred to as ("Data"). This Privacy Policy provides information and explanation for You, on how We collect, use, and disclose Your Data for purposes related to the use of Our services by the applicable Public.

3.3.We will share Data with third parties in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposal of all or any part of Our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy proceedings or similar);

3.4.1.based on applicable law or payment method rules;
3.4.2.to enforce Our terms and conditions;
3.4.3.to protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of Us and/or Our Affiliates, You or others;
3.4.4.to respond to requests from courts, law enforcement officials, regulatory officials, and any other public and governmental authorities, which may include authorities outside your country of residence.

We always enforce strict procedures and the best security features so that there is no leakage, damage, destruction or loss of your Data &; Information. Your Data & Information is stored on our servers located in Indonesia, as an effort to ensure the security and backup of such data. We may store your Data & Information on Third Party servers. Our security systems meet industry standards and we are constantly monitoring the development of the internet to ensure our systems are evolving as required. We are also subject to data protection laws in Indonesia.
You can update, examine, or correct Your Personal Data that You previously disclosed to Us, You can do so by accessing Your MonetaPay account or by contacting Us, as well as sending an email in the form of an email requesting changes to Personal Data to Us.
We will retain Your Personal Data for the period We need to fulfill the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, except for the following circumstances :
6.1.Required or allowed based on the provisions of the applicable law, which is for 5 (five) years.
6.2.You may submit a request for deletion of your personal information on our platform by giving written notice to us no later than 14 (fourteen) working days before the desired effective date of deletion. Provisions related to the deletion of Personal Information will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6.3.Request for deletion as referred to in point 6.2. done by including proof of a copy of valid identity accompanied by the reason for the request for deletion of personal information.
